What Instagram events trigger Slack notifications?

You can configure notifications for: new comments containing specific keywords, new DMs from new followers, story replies, and high-value engagement (e.g., comments from verified accounts or users with large followings).

Can different Instagram comment types go to different Slack channels?

Can I reply to Instagram comments directly from Slack?

Initially, Slack notifications are one-way (SocialGrow → Slack). Two-way Slack-to-Instagram replies are planned for a future update. For now, you can click through from Slack to your SocialGrow inbox to reply.

Will I get daily summary digests in Slack?

Yes. Beyond real-time alerts, you can configure daily or weekly summary reports showing total DMs, comments, keyword matches, and engagement trends : delivered as a clean Slack message.
